Cancellation Policy
Floral Workshop Policy Thank you for joining our floral workshops. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our workshop policies below. Registration & Payment Full payment is required to reserve your spot. Spaces are limited and available on reservation only. Your registration is confirmed once payment is received. Cancellation & Refund Policy All workshop bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the scheduled workshop, you may pick up the prepared flowers and materials within 2 days of the workshop date. Prepared materials not collected within 2 days may no longer be available. Workshop Materials Fresh flowers and workshop materials are included unless otherwise stated. We provide the use of floral tools and aprons during the workshop. Participants may take home their completed floral arrangement. Arrival Please arrive on time for the workshop. Late arrivals may miss portions of the instruction. Photos & social media Photos and videos may be taken during workshops for social media and promotional purposes. Please let us know before the class begins if you prefer not to appear in photos. Private Workshops & Events Private floral workshops are available for birthdays, bridal showers, team-building events, and special occasions. A 50% deposit required for private bookings. Flower Availability Seasonal flowers may vary depending on market availability, but the overall style and value of the arrangement will be maintained.
